Shiga prefecture is one of Japan’s largest barley producers. This Mugi-cha tea is a blend of 2 types of Shiga-grown barley. By roasting the tea slowly and carefully, we were able to create fantastic mugi-cha without loosing any of the taste and minerals. A customer favorite, this tea tastes great hot or cold, and brings back nostalgic memories. It doesn’t contain any caffeine, so it can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
